It wasn't until I went to college at Southern Oregon University that this realization formed within me. As an avid runner, I realized that it wasn't about the meets and races our teams won; it was the workouts and the miles of trails that we survived that defined us. In percussion, it wasn't completing the last concert of my senior year; it was the hours of theory and practice that allowed me to progress as an artist and musician.
In school, it wasn't the hours of studying numerous text books; it was the opportunity I had to experience different cultures by studying abroad in Germany and New Zealand. This infatuation for experiencing new things has guided me all over the world and has opened up many opportunities. From working for the largest musical instrument Etailer, to volunteering in the remote jungles of Thailand, each new experience leaves me longing for the next one.
My passion for the outdoors eventually led me to Bend, Oregon with my beautiful wife where we enjoy trail running, hiking and paddleboarding in the nearby lakes. With my spare time I also enjoy music, ultra running, micro brews, heading to the beach and re-experiencing the world again through my daughters, Alivia and Isabell.

Support GSI's client-specific teams and analytics discipline to help execute deliverables supporting market insights, evidence-based content strategy, organic search discoverability, and paid promotion strategy.
Work with account leads and associate analysts to research solutions for and contribute to strategic recommendations for organic opportunities, including technical SEO, onsite SEO, content strategy guidance, and advanced keyword research.
Contribute to conversations with day-to-day direct clients and internal stakeholders to assess immediate and long-term needs and solve complex issues.
Work with analytic and team leads to track, measure, and report on digital performance.
Lead internal trainings of GSI proprietary tools across the entire organization.

Work with other divisions to assist in strategy and prioritization of analytics services, both on an individual accounts and holistic strategies.
Assist business development team by joining pitches and helping create presentations for both existing and prospective clients. Educate sales and leadership on Analytics services as needed.

Efficiently perform ad-hoc analysis using data from multiple sources. These sources include client analytics, keyword data, 3rd party tools such as SEMRush or Comscore, social platform data and internal GSI reports.
Participate in the ideation, production, analysis and final delivery of GSI’s analytic offerings to clients. These offerings generally fall into market research findings or digital performance.
Work with clients and internal strategists to identify and develop new analytic offerings.
Inform the design of our analytic systems, including automating the gathering and integration of raw data from multiple sources and building the needed database and reporting systems.
Act as a thought leader and internal expert on the application of GSI’s analytic deliverables and how they can drive value to clients.
Coordinate with GSI search strategists, clients, and production team members to define requirements and gather necessary data.
